It isn't possible right now to do that.
the characters on mega.co.nz links contain encryption hash codes and isn't supposed to be saved by Adf.ly

You'll have to use adf.ly/yourid/mega.co.nz link to do that.

Shrinking won't work.

The only thing you have to do is to remove the adf.ly link.
The site the link leads to seems completely fine.
