Can Proxied Pages Carry Adfly Links ?

Postby TheEnquisitor » Sun Oct 29, 2017 7:45 pm

Adf.ly Admins,

I am aware that you do not accept clicks coming from proxies as they can be fake clicks coming from bots or a publisher could be using a proxy to click his own adfly links to defraud adfly.
I am not interested in generating proxy traffic to my adfly links atall. I know proxy traffic is worthless to both your company and your advertisers. Infact, I know how your business model works and so no need to explain these basics to me.
Anyway, I have a better idea that will guarantee human clicks to our (us publishers) adfly links and I want to know if you will allow it or not.
In the past, I created many types of sites but no luck in getting traffic. I hear that public proxies are always jammed due to heavy traffic. And therefore, I am thinking of running one. I am not sure if you would call my service a public proxy or a private one. This is where every user will have to register an account so I can log their computer IPs and internet activities (what pages they viewed).

Q1. Now, in the account registration, account login, account logout, account home, member search, keyword search, proxied pages, etc. pages, I am thinking of displaying my adfly links. Now, is this allowed ? If so, then which type (enter/exit/interstitial/banner) of adfly links can I add on which type of page and how many per page ?

Q2. Do you see this web proxy anonymouse.org ? Mine would be like it.
Now, when a user, be it public or a member, types a url to view it's proxied page then iss it ok if my proxy precedes the following prior to the user's inputted url ?
http://adf.ly/1234567/

Imagine, my user-id with adf.ly is: 1234567.
Now imagine, a user typed "http://www.google.com" for my proxy to fetch it. Now, instead of loading the page "http://www.google.com", imagine it loaded "http://adf.ly/1234567/www.google.com". Is that allowed to do ? Note that, my proxy does not auto popup an adfly link here. No. It loads an adfly version of the page requested.

Q3. Anything else I should know or do ?

Admin,

I see that my Q2 above has already been answered here:

And so, can you answer Q1 here ?

Q! - Yes, allowed. Any. No limits since we limit ips on our end per 24 hours.

Xellon,

So, when a user clicks the "Log-out" button, I can take him/her to a page full of frame banner ads, like 10 banners, and 5 under popups since you say there is no limit ? Would I get paid for all 15 ads or only the first 5 ads that load on screen, be it frame banners or popunders or combinations of both types ?

lol. None of our scripts even allow 5 banners or 5 pop unders but to answer your question:

https://support.adf.ly/hc/en-us/article ... ink-views- So yea, if 1 person views your links 1000 times, you'll only get 5 views.

edit - or did you mean adding the html banners on your websites? if so, yea, you can add as many as you like but rly only 1 is needed.

Xellon,

I meant adding like 10 banners and 5 under popups on a single page so when someone visits that page then I get paid for all 10 banner impressions (from 10 different advertisers) and 5 under popup impressions (from 5 different advertisers).
