Had my first beta HCG done yesterday- 151.
The receptionist called me today and told me she wants me to come back in 48 hours to get my blood done again because the levels are going down.
This was my first blood draw. Can they tell my levels are going down from only one blood draw??
The receptionist did seem confused and I think maybe that’s why she thought I had to come in for another one but that’s actually not why. Idk, very confusing. Isn’t the 1st draw just your like baseline?

That does sound confusing. I had a similar thing with mixed-up info once. I'd suggest giving them a callback, maybe even talking to the doctor directly. It's your health, and clarity is key. Also, check who called you with this service. Fingers crossed for everything turning out just fine!
