My refund for intertitial Ads as not getting back to my PayPal balance...
I had to ask for refund because of inflame and switch to pop-up Ads. PPC.

I have sent message to the contact support no reply.
I wanted to edit my URL it said payment as been refunded. But nothing showed up.

Hi,

Refund is a two step process.

1. You can refund the funds to your Advertiser Wallet.

2. From the Advertiser Wallet, you can refund the money back to your PayPal.

This is not an automatic process, you need to do it manually. You can see instructions in this article:

If the funds were refunded, it is not possible to update the campaign URL, since there are no funds added to it. In this case you need to create a new campaign using the money from your Wallet, or PayPal.

Regarding the support email, please check your spam/ junk folder as well.
